Dream Development is helping create better communities in Western Canada – by building livable, thoughtfully designed and highly sought-after neighbourhoods.

 

Our mission was to launch an optimized social media community management program for Homes By Dream YYC and Dream Development YYC. Additionally, we were tasked with setting up and managing the social media presence for a brand new development in Crossfield Alberta, called "Vista Crossing." A very well targeted and efficient Google/Facebook advertising campaign as well as a collection of videos helped us round out the digital strategy for the brand's re-emergence into the Calgary market place! 

Highlights:

  • 187% increase on quarterly average Facebook engagement rate (+83.5% for Twitter and +110% for Instagram) 
  • Established a social community size of over 2,300 people as part of our benchmark set strategy
  • Social and Google efforts responsible for 85% of overall web traffic to Dream's Vista Crossing community website
  • Over 5 million impressions and nearly 4,000 unique clicks to the website
